Historic building complex in Zemgale

Description

The property consists of a building complex built several centuries ago with a modern brewery. Located in the territory of the nature park right on the river bank, the land area is 6426 m2, while the total area of more than ten buildings is over 7600 m2.

In 2006, the part of the property used for the brewery was reconstructed – approximately 25% of the total property area. The plant is equipped for both the production and packaging of beverages in glass containers, plastic PET bottles and KEG 30 l barrels. At present, production does not take place, but it can be restored in a very short time, as well as significantly increase production capacity and assortment.

Several business plans have been prepared for the development of the property – beer SPA with a hotel and multifunctional commercial areas.
