An ice cream company that produces homemade ice cream from high quality natural ingredients. The company works in three directions:

•  production and distribution of ice cream in retail chains (Elvi, Sky, Rimi, etc.)
•  ice cream cafe in one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Latvia
• Off-site sales

During the spring and autumn seasons, the company actively hosts student tours, offering ice cream tastings. The company has purposefully diversified its operations to avoid falling seasonality.

The company owns ice cream production equipment, cafe equipment, and everything necessary for off-site sales. The capacity of ice cream machines allows to increase production volumes 3-4 times without additional capital investment; this means that the company has unrealized potential for 2-3 times higher turnover.

The company has the FDI inspectors’ A (highest possible) opinion.

The company has a well-developed marketing system. The company’s Facebook account has more than 11,000 followers, and the company’s website is perfectly optimized for Google searches. The company offers online ordering of pre-packaged ice cream. The company has developed excellent cooperation with the local tourism information center and is a member of the local tourism cluster.

The company is run by a family (employing employees in both the factory and the café), which has decided to focus on other projects. The sale of the company is not related to financial problems or the impact of Covid-19.
